Complete End of Course and Program Survey by Accessing My Baker Portal

All End of Course surveys are completed online via a link under the “External Links” option through your student portal.  The End of Course Survey helps you give feedback about your experiences in the classroom and with the curriculum.

The link is available at all times.  You can access and submit End of Course Surveys and your comments at your convenience.  The link will lead you to a standard End of Course Survey form and you can select the appropriate course and instructor from drop-down menus.  It is our hope that giving you constant access to the survey will allow you to manage your timeline for submission in accordance with your needs.
