Congratulations on your graduation!

All students are required to complete an Intent to Graduate form. Students who plan to walk in the December 2008 commencement must also complete a cap and gown order form. It is the student’s responsibility to order cap & gown online.

Students are encouraged to file the Intent to Graduate form 6 months prior to graduation. The deadline to file the Intent to Graduate form is August 1, 2008.

There is a fee associated with graduation. The Intent to Graduate form has the fee listed. The cost of cap and gown is included in the graduation fee.

You may be assessed a late fee of $40 if you miss the deadline. Act now! If you do not file an Intent to Graduate form before August 1, your diploma may be delayed.

December 2008 Commencement Dates

The Provost’s office has confirmed the December 2008 Commencement Dates as follows:

December 13, 2008 – SPGS Graduate Degrees (1PM),

December 13, 2008 -- SOE Graduate Degrees (4:30PM)

December 14, 2008 – CAS/Undergraduate SOE/SON/SPGS – Undergraduate Degrees (1PM)
