Accounting FAQ

Fees

Educational Resource Fee (ERF) is your cost for textbooks and course materials to be used during each class   It is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cohort Students : After you begin your program, the ERF is due as indicated on your course calendar.

Open Enrollment Students: The ERF fee must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve a seat in the class and confirm your status as an enrollee. Fees vary from course to course and are assessed at the time of enrollment. Once paid, your ERF is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuition is your cost for instruction and is typically charged per credit hour.  If you have questions regarding your tuition, please email our accounting office.

Cohort Students : Tuition payment dates correspond with your program, your chosen payment option or the program course calendar issued the first night of class   If you are enrolled in the Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) cohort program, your fees will be determined by your start date.

Open Enrollment Students: For details as to when full payment of tuition (or a voucher from an organization that is taking responsibility for your tuition) is due, please consult our current Overland Park course schedule or Wichita course schedule if you registered by phone or in person.  If you filled out a registration form, you may check your registration form for these dates.  Please email if you have questions.
